I’ve always been a writer, a world-creator, a storyteller, but as I’ve grown into my interests and hobbies, I’ve come to learn that the more creative outlets, the better. Here are some of my favorites!
I won’t get into the myriad reasons why this is the greatest job in the world, but every once in awhile, it’s necessary to take a step back and get away from the lonely office and misbehaving imaginary friends to regroup and recharge.
Where cooking is my portraits, baking is my African Masks, the art in which I both excel and create, an activity that, like writing, drives something strong and creative from deep inside.
Instead, I thought I’d write about inspiration in the kitchen and in the office. And to do that, I need to talk about the Great British Baking Show.
Sometimes, my stories get tangled up in a way I can’t fix. The characters’ meet cute ain’t all that cute. Their black moment is more dishwater grey, and I can’t for the life of me figure out what to do with the ex-husband. When this happens, it's important to take a break.
